  • Each session is 1 hour, hosted live on Zoom.
     Can't make it live? No problem—recordings will be available for all enrolled students.

  • YES! Participants will receive a certificate upon completing the program.

  • There will be some weekly assignments that include watching game footage, BGTV clips and some reading.

  • In our live, online weekly sessions, Michael Parkhurst and Jimmy Conrad will lead players through video analysis and film breakdowns from real game situations. They will lead ongoing Q&As and open forum discussions focusing on the mental side of the game covering leadership, resiliency, confidence and more. Additional topics will focus on nutrition, mental health, and recovery.

  • Yes, the program is a complete program. If you cannot attend a given session - the recordings will be provided. Assignments must still be completed and students are expected to attend a minimum of 3 out of 4 classes to receive their certificate of completion.
