Introducing the 30-Day Challenge.

Changing habits is hard. Whether you are trying to replace a bad habit or start a new good one, it takes consistent effort over a long period of time.

On average, it takes two months for a new behavior to become a routine or habit. . If you go ahead and Google “What is two months from today?” and you look at that date, it doesn’t look too far in the future…but when you think about having to do something daily for 60 straight days, it can feel daunting.

Enter our 30-Day Challenge.

Making the First Step to Improve

One of the core tenets in life is how little daily changes can impact your long-term goals – 1% daily improvement at something is 37x improvement over a year.

To succeed in soccer, it takes a massive effort off the field as well as on it. The idea behind the 30-day challenge is to make small 1% improvements in five core areas – hydration, nutrition, reading, exercise, and sleep – to get started on making a big impact on instilling behaviors that will help you accomplish your goals.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Download the Challenge Card & Design Your Challenge

Click here to get the BGM 30-Day Challenge Card. Then, pick one challenge in each core area you are able to commit to every day.

At the end of each day, check the box if you accomplished everything you committed to.

The Rules

Make your commitment in each area, do it, and tick off the box at the end of the day. If you miss a day, you go back to Day 1. That’s the catch. The goal is to challenge yourself to commit to new habits for 30 consecutive days.

Take a picture of your calendar, post it to Instagram and tag us. Or share video footage of you tackling any area for the day. Challenges are always easier and more fun when you see others supporting you and doing it with you. We’ll be doing it right alongside you too.

Oh, and bonus! There might be a prize for anyone that completes it. Follow along and share your challenge progress on Instagram at @beyondgoalsmentoring

We’ll see you there!
